Thereby WeFly takes care of all arising tasks in the ownership. WeFly takes care of the registration, whether in Germany, USA, Austria, Guernsey or San Marino. We know the advantages and particularities of each location. Wefly manages and takes care of everything from the foundation to the ongoing business operations, accounting, annual financial statements, tax returns and the tax audit, which usually has to be done after the purchase of an aircraft.
Flights are billed individually by WeFly. Pilots provide feedback via a web application for this purpose. These invoices include reserves for engine and propeller overhauls as well as proportional fixed and variable costs. We prepare forecasts and calculations of expected costs especially for you to give you a transparent overview of your monthly and annual expenses, and our cloud ensures that you are always kept up to date on all business transactions. WeFly offers contacts to suitable financing partners for individual limited partners or for the entire company, whether for installment plan, leasing or a bullet loan.
Wefly assumes responsibility for maintenance, overhaul, repair and care of the aircraft, including engines and components, under contract to suitable aeronautical companies or, in the case of foreign certification, to corresponding qualified and authorized companies or persons.
Would you like to have access to the aircraft as quickly as possible and unencumbered by ancillary work? On request, Wefly will conclude contracts with service providers for the provision of the aircraft for you, as far as logistically possible, which of course also includes refueling and cleaning. Of course, the pilot's responsibility under aviation law remains unaffected.
Due to our long-standing cooperation with various aircraft insurers and our fleet contract, we arrange the right aircraft insurance for you at excellent conditions with European and international insurers.
- WeFly assumes responsibility for the management and scheduling of maintenance, overhaul, repair and care of the aircraft, including engines and components, with the involvement of appropriate aeronautical companies; in the case of foreign certification, appropriately qualified and authorized companies or persons in the respective country.
- WeFly organizes the presentation of the availability and the booking of the aircraft on the basis of a booking system, which is accessible via the web as well as by telephone.
- If desired and logistically possible, WeFly makes contracts with service providers for refueling, cleaning and provisioning of the aircraft in order to enable the pilots to access the aircraft as quickly as possible and unencumbered by ancillary work. The responsibility of the pilot under aviation law remains unaffected.
